Here’s a nice Audio Research Reference 5SE Preamp in black. I bought it used a couple years and promptly ordered a new tube set from the factory. In the two years since I’ve put just 53 Hours on that factory tube set. The sound is phenomenal, as I’m sure you already know about these units. They integrated some of their Anniversary (two-unit) preamp technology into this single-box unit and it shows! Used with care in my no-smoking home. You’ll get the remote, manual and original power cord all in the original double-boxed factory carton.
