The preamp is in excellent physical and operational condition. The case and face are near mint. The top has a couple of linear marks that can’t be captured in the photos. They aren’t scratches, more like scuffs that can only be seen at certain angles with the light. It works perfectly. I don’t know how many hours are on the tubes. I purchased locally approximately 6 months ago while my SP16 was awaiting repair. I love the sound, but I do want to return to a built in phono input. This preamp is line stage only. Balanced inputs and outputs are nice to have as well for those that can use them. I do not have remote, manual, or original box. I will include a power cable. I will pack carefully and ship quickly.
