It was used with a Linn Sondek turntable and Quad ESL57 speakers to give wonderful female voices and guitar strings. It was stored in a closet for most of those years while the kids were growing up.Note that all the electrolytic capacitors are original. I recommend that you either leave power on all the time or slowly bring up the power with a Variac to preserve the capacitora dn the tube filaments. It still has the Telefunken tubes that I installed soon after purchase, and they still measure good on my TV7-D/U Tube Tester. Back then the Telefunkens were acclaimed to be the best, and I never had reason to change them. I spent most of the day today measuring and studying the tubes, as follows........
