Here we have a very, very nice preamplifier by Audio Research model LS12. This is a solid state model and a hifi enthusiast dream equipment. Fully tested and found to be in good working condition. All inputs and outputs teste (well except for XLR connections) and all are in good working order. Nice clean sound, no noise, no static or distortion. Yes, I also tested PHONO input and that is working well. All switches work well. Volume is smooth without static. Input selector is also smooth and without noise. All lights work. Includes original remote which is also in good working condition. There was a small amount of battery leak corrosion in the battery compartment which I manages to clean and now it makes good contact with batteries. I guarantee you will receive this item in as pictured and described condition. Im a hifi enthusiast myself and know how to test equipment and what to look for. So this is not just coming straight from the thrift store to your home. It is straight from the home of an audiophile who took care of his equipment very well.
