Deck B works perfectly. Deck A playback is more than double speed (almost like FF). Tried to adjust motor speed. Did not work. No further testing done. I don’t have time to research and repair this one, but it’s worth saving! Also back input/output panel is missing which leads me to believe someone else tried to repair but forgot to re-attach that part for some reason. Input/Output work fine. Sold as-is - again, deck B works well. Amplify your life! Thanks for supporting small businesses like mine on eBay! NOTE: I only ship to the 48 contiguous states. NO OVERSEAS SHIPPING! Please inspect photos for details and flaws and to assess condition. Item may have signs of wear from usage age and storage. Lighting may also affect true color. Any major flaws will be disclosed in the listing. You will receive the exact item in the photos. The player turns on and seems to work. However , I don’t have the speaker it connects with so unable to hear the music. This was tested years ago and has been in storage. I can NOT give you an assurance this will be in working condition.
This is the classic Koss Pro / 4XTC Studio Quality Stereophone. As far as I can tell theyve never actually been used. They are still in the original inner box and wrapping packaging. So for this reason I assume that they work fine. Youll notice I havent removed them from the inner packaging for the listing photos. There does however only appear to be one jack in the box (it says 2 are included on the outside box info). The main / outer box is in OK-to-good condition. A little worn on the corners / edges, one slight tear on one of the corners, and a slight mark in one corner where I presume a price tag used to be, but the box is still solid and functional. I gather that these headphones were quite the thing when they came out in the early 90s. So much so buyers were offered a lifetime warranty. Koss released later versions of these headphones that never quite generated the same excitement, so I guess this pair really are classic! For that reason they will make a fantastic gift for all you audiophiles out there! The box measures: 8.25 wide x 8.5 height x 4.25 depth. Box + headphones weigh 1lb 4oz.
