The touch screen button locations all recognize and respond with ease. All lights within the interface work, and the turning knob spins easily and rotates through the options perfectly. I believe there to be 6 cards installed.they all lights up and along with the whole unit show no signs of abuse or damage. The fan spins freely starts up promptly and continue to operate without flaw. I have not plugged in anything other than a power cord, and can not establish that audio and or video work. When my purchase was made for this item, I was under the impression that this item is defective in some form or fashion. The 6 cards included are: 2114 hd video /audio (2) two of these 2248 dual cat 5 (2) two of these 2278 analog audio (2) of these Being sold for parts only non working as is untested
