From a local estate, this is an Audio Alchemy DAC-in-the-Box Digital to Analog Converter. This DAC comes in its original box, with the Power Station One power supply, and instructions. BE SURE to READ and FOLLOW the included instructions completely.There are 2 INPUTS: RCA Digital Audio Coaxial and Optical Digital Toslink. You can have both connected to different components at the same time.OUTPUTS are Right & Left RCA Analog Audio. I tested this on my 70s vintage Denon stereo system, connected to my Tascam CD recorder via Toslink optical cable. I was pleasantly surprised to immediately see, er, HEAR that it was indeed an obvious improvement to the sound.
