In den Fotos habe ich versucht, die makellose Holzoberfläche einzufangen. An der Anlage wurden sie mit Samthandschuhen zum Genusshören betrieben, im eigentlichen Sinne immer mit Baumwollhandschuhen angepackt. ATC SCM 19 Loudspeakers in light cherry veneer. I have had these speakers for about 12 years. They were used intermittantly for testing amplfier development work where the cleanest sounding, lowest distortion loudspeaker was called for. As such the SCM 19s are excellent. Thier neutrality is almost flawless with a very accurate 3D sound stage, adding almost nothing to sound. When not in use they were kept in their boxes, and have not been used for the last 5-6 years. Total use probably does not exceed 100 hrs during this time so are propably only just run in. The SCM 19 cabinets are accostically very dead probably why these are one the heaviest speakers for thier size at 19Kg each. The cabinet finish is superb with the highest quality veneer I ever seen. Photos show the condition and mirror inage The photos show a couple of abberations, but these are reflections etc and connot be seen with the naked eye. Careful storage has maintianed thier excellent condition. In virtually pristine condition I have checked all 12 sides and cannot find any marks/scuffs. The photos of the two bottoms show some tiny pinpricks from stand use. In orginal box with packing and terminal links. (Note one box is minus its outer box). As medium sized standmount speakers they are not most efficent, so amplfiers of at least 40 Watts are needed to work at thier best. But high output levels may be achieved with large amplfiers which makes them suitable for almost all room sizes. Tested with with a an 50W amplfier in a 7x5m room the SCM 19s perform flawlessly, very transparant with an excellent stereo image, without being at all clinical. Very easy to listen to. Collection of these speakers ih highly reccomended due thier excellent condition and heavy weight (about 40KG packed). Size 44H x 22.5W x 32.5D unpacked. They may be auditioned in LE2 and or collected (cash only). I can courier by DHL next day delivey. Great condition as I look after my speakers, the underneath has a very slight tiny rub speakers where the white tac was. But you can barely see anything - just want to be detailed. Collection only due to the weight and really wouldn’t want these damaged in carriage.
