These are from the estate of my dear, departed friend. They appear to be new old stock in original packaging, with the exception of one very small blemish by one of the mounting, screw holes. So these may have been mounted, but not sure. Besides that one blemish everything else appear to be pristine. Thus instead of listing them as new, I have listed these as used.
