This Marlux 407 was among the most popular reel to reel players of the time and received good reviews overall for its performance. This is an original Astrocom HS-1913 head set. It is military surplus and is 1995 dated on the repair tag. Tag states there is some reception issues. This is just as you see it. I dont know if this is for an air crew or Armor crew. I do know it came out of the Cheyenne, WY base on a DRMO sale. This is sold as is with no returns.

Astrocom Marlux 407 1970s Solid State Reel to Reel Tape Deck In Orig Box. Beautiful condition in the original box. I plugged this unit in and the meters illuminating and then went off. It would not turn on again. This is for parts or recondition. Global shipping is through eBay’s program. I will pack well for you. There is no manual. The ac cord has some styrofoam residue on it.
