artistic fidelity acousence afi+usb USB Adapter auf XLR (DDC Digital to Digital Converter). Das ultimative USB-Interface, mehr Aufwand geht wohl nicht. Das Gerät ist ohne funktionelle Mängel. Auf der silbernen Frontplatte des afi-Moduls und dem Gehäuse des USB-Moduls finden sich einige kleinere Macken, ich habe diese auf den Fotos festgehalten. Die Macken auf der silbernen Frontplatte sind nicht zu sehen, wenn man von oben draufschaut. Falls das Gerät im Rack steht fallen sie daher nicht auf.Aus meinem persönlichen Erstbesitz und Nichtraucherhaushalt. Ich habe das Gerät von Ohrenschmaus Audio in Süddeutschland erworben. Der Lieferumfang ist vollständig, es liegt eine RJ45/XLR-Adapterbox und ein spezielles artistic Fidelity RJ45/XLR-Adapterkabel bei. Mit der RJ45/XLR-Adapterbox kann man alternativ zum artistic Fidelity RJ45/XLR-Adapterkabel ein eigenes hochwertiges RJ45-Kabel zum Anschluss verwenden - das klingt ggf. bei Einsatz eines sehr hochwertigen RJ45-Kabels noch besser (ich habe mit einem Einsteiger Audioquest RJ45 Kabel keinen Unterschied gehört). Auf jeden Fall ist man damit aber in Bezug auf die Kabellänge flexibler.
