Beautiful turntable in near mint condition. The dust cover may have some scratches but none too deep or prominent. The service slip shows the maintenance that was done to bring this back up to specs. So this was completely tested by trusted professionals at Alpha Tech in the St. Louis area. Note that on the back of the unit, a special cord is needed to operate the turntable. This was was purchased new and is included in the unit. This comes with everything needed to be begin playing immediately. Note that we also included the felt covering for the turntable as well. The original box is also included but we will be packing this in a larger sized box with plenty of wrapping to guard against rough handling. We offer local pickup too. All working great, you have to give the platter a little spin-start’ as the platter is very heavy on these, which is norm. The arm is also a stunnning example, looks new, with no corrosion or marks. Sounds superb and is fitted with a Shure cartridge. The only slight oddity, is the lid has a blanking plug where the lid-stay would have been, but the cut out for the lid-stay, but it’s on the other side… i ask if ythe owner had replaced the lid, he denied it.. The neon on/off switch has a mionor hair-line crack, but this hardly noticeable. I have honestly never seen one in this condition... Ariston RD11 turntable. Cosmetic condition is generally good, a few marks to the plinth which we have tried to show in the photos. No arm is included but an SME armboard is fitted. The turntable is in good working order but users should note that no base board or feet are fitted to the turntable. It would be a good idea to install a baseboard and otherwise at the very least fit some sort of cord grip for the mains lead. The turntable does not come with a lid.For these reasons we would describe the turntable as a working project. We can ship worldwide please just ask for a quote.
