The plastic part for the power on/off button is missing but since I always left in the on position and controlled the power from the preamp it did not concern me. (A small pencil or other pointy object must be used to turn it on/off.) The case does have a few scratches/scuffs, but no dents. This will be packed very well for shipping, but local pickup is welcome.
