Take that for what it is worth but they werent asking a lot of money for it and the comment seemed genuine to me. Continuing my downsizing excercise, here is my main cd player, the legendary Arcam FMJ-CD23T. This is the later version which has text reading and it also plays HDCD discs for better quality. It is in very good condition (small mark on top casing at the back as shown in the photo) and full working order. It has been security marked to prevent component swapping and delivery will be Parcelforce48. You will receive the CD23T, mains lead and generic remote control. Nothing else is included. ARCAM FMJ CD23 CD-Player Ring DAC - FAULTY Good cosmetic condition, with wear on the buttons from normal use and a few minor marks. Slight scratch on the cd drawer. Until a few months ago this player has been working perfectly but the analogue outputs have now stopped working and there is no output to my amplifier. I have tested it on the other amp inputs and used alternative cables but it still does not work. It is not my amplifier at fault as I have tried an alternative cd player which works fine. However the coax digital output works perfectly so the unit could be used as a pure cd transport if you have a DAC or amplifier with DAC built in. I have been using it like this myself for a while. Someone with the time and electrical skill might be able to fix the analogue output. Complete with remote and manual, plus original box. Will post via Parcel Force 48.
