This is an audiophile receiver for the music purists! Arcam is known for quality sound. I have the remote and the original box. It is a home theater receiver too, but lacks HDMI inputs and modern tech. Still, its a great receiver! This is local pickup only due to prohibitive shipping costs! The remote control is very sticky!!!! I dont know what is on it, but I tried cleaning it off and I cant get it off. I think the plastic is just leaching out oil. Also, it works, but the backlighting is not as bright as it was when new. A good universal remote will fix that
