Arcam delta 250 is not working and I believe needs a new laser mechanism. ( philips cdm9/44) otherwise in good condition besides some missing side trim pieces. (See photos). The Delta Black Box works fine and can be used with any transport but the combo is best with the sinc lock. These were great in their day! Sold as a pair! Trust me you’ll want to get the transport working! I unfortunately don’t have the manuals or electrical cords but the boxes (original) , audio quest digital cable and sinc lock cable and these remotes are included. See pics!
