The 12v bulbs light very dim on 6vs due to not getting proper voltage if installed...A fun fact to find out after installation ..so DO NOT!!! connect these to 12vs because THEY WILL BURN OUT!!!! Alpine 7903 Vintage Tuner/Compact Disc Player. Dismantled, clean, lubricated - Fully tested and confirmed functional! Take a close look at the photos, wiring is clean, intact, unit is ready to be installed! Removed from a 1981 Volvo 242 that was driven by a senior citizen. Radio fuse had blown at some point (old Volvos are known to have fuse problems) and he didn't know how to fix it, so the radio sat disconnected MOST of its life according to his son, which is likely why it still works so well. I am also including a like-new Alpine MRV-F300 4-channel amplifier which was also paired with this radio, so this is absolutely a winning combination! This amplifier, like the radio, was also in operative most of the time it was installed in the vehicle.
