I bought these a few years ago for a studio demo I was intending to do. It never happened and the headphones were stored away in a bedroom cupboard for a few months. In fact I had completely forgotten that I had bought them. They were bought as a used item on ebay several years ago from someone who stated that he had hardly used them. I didnt want to buy a new pair, so nearly new from a reputable seller seemed the next best option. When I tried them I was blown away. They were comfortable and the sound was just fantastic. The Headphones come in their original presentation box, which admittedly has seen better days. However the condition of the Headphones themselves I would say are in a like new condition. Either way, I would suggest that the opening bid would be considered a steal. There is one thing that is noteworthy and I feel should be pointed out. The serial number of the actual Headphones is 000691 however the box in which they come states that the serial number is 000690. How and why this is so, I cannot explain. At some stage perhaps during an audition in the store where they were originally purchased, the wrong set of headphones were placed in the wrong presentation box. It would seem totally unimportant and irrelevant now. These are obviously well outside any warranty coverage.
