AKAI M8 M9 Robert 770x REEL TO REEL Capstan Speed Sleave for 15 IPS* This is a MUST have part for 15 IPS tape speed These parts were pulled from a AKAI M-9 that my Dad purchased to use as a Parts Unit . The unit powered up just fine. The last pic shows what I started with. This set of wheels are in great condition. The tape on them is holding the mounting clips. Also where the part goes on the unit. AKAI M-8 & M-9 / Roberts 770x all use the same parts. ...He was a studio engineer at Shelby Singleton Studio in Nashville, TN. He has been a Audio & Electronics Tech for 50+ years.
