Tested and working! I tested with headphones and am getting music output. All of the buttons and functions work. CD open / close tray works. It opens smoothly, but it squeaks while closing. Also, the headphone jack looks to have a little bit of oxidation. I sprayed it with contact cleaner, and it works fine. The output power knob works, but it does sound scratchy when adjusted. I saved the money doing all sorts of jobs, in my free time and the weekends; at this age I was still studying. Cosmetically, I fell in love with the numerous amounts of lights on the display, and I just hád to have it. The most special, which I think, is that EVERYTHING is FLAT; no protuding buttons or parts, This brightness of the LED display is still very good! After I moved to my first house at the age of 21, the player stopped working properly. The remote still functions very good, but the player doesnt read the CD and makes a rattling sound when turning it on. Note that the player is made to work on 220 Volts / 50 Hertz! To make this set work in a 110 Volts / 60 Hz country, you will likely need a Conversion device but Im not 100% sure of that. This was the TOP QUALITY CD Player at the time I bought it!
