It does basically work as you can see in the video. It hasnt been used for 30+ years so the fact it still works is a miracle. Sound isnt great quality but its an old tape probably recorded on an old Grundig by microphone. It forwards and rewinds and comes with lid. While this works I would strongly recommended you get it checked out and serviced. I cant test the 8 track as I dont have one. Sold as is.
