Aiwa XR-EM50 Stereo CD Tape Player Radio Speakers HiFi in Box EUC *MUST READ* If it was ever used, then it is in excellent used condition. Storage find, looks like new. It has been taken out of the box and tested. Speakers, remote, Tuner/band with antenna, CD and Aux work flawlessly. Tape mode works for the most part. I have listened a full tape and it stopped automatically a couple of times. I tried a much older tape before and it stopped several times, but after manually rewinding and forwarding the tape multiple times (pencil method), the issue was fixed, it seems that it is very sensitive to tapes tension (if the tape is dirty or sticky, it offers more resistance). However, despite being able to listen to both tapes in regular playback, forward and rewind features seem to start well and then slow down and/or stop. I have not tried to fix it, because everything looks so clean and neat (like new), that I dont want to perhaps make it worse. For this reason, Im selling it at a lower price and also AS-IS, no returns. This system looks and sounds beautiful.Comes in its original box and Styrofoam, with manual and everything shown in photos.Complimentary batteries for the remote control are included (in a separate bag, as pictured) All serial numbers are recorded and special marks are added for sellers protection. This is for a set of Aiwa XR-EM50 Tape Radio Stereo CD HiFi Compact System with No remote control. The stereo systems CD and Tuner radio functions all right. The two speakers sound great. But its tape function does not work properly. When tape inserted, the tape mechanism will eat/twist the tape, although its motor runs. Pls check pictures for their cosmetic condition. I will ship it to the lower 48 US states ONLY.
