Unfortunately, when it arrived at the buyer’s home, the right-hand drawer would no longer open, despite adequate packing. When the OPEN/CLOSE button is pressed, OPEN appears on the right-hand portion of the screen but the right-hand drawer does not open. The buyer returned the item to me and I refunded their purchase due to the change in condition during shipping. Thankfully, Fed-Ex did cover the damage because of their mis-handling. This may be something that someone is willing and able to fix. It still powers up and the left-hand portion of the player still works, but please note this is being sold AS-IS/FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING.
