As pictured. This turns on and all the buttons register as youd expect. We cant get it to play tapes. It looks like it tries to play / makes a noise and then stops. A good chance it needs new belts, but we arent experts so cant guarantee thats the reason for the fault. The front of the rhs deck is missing. It will open and close via the eject button. Not sure if that affects it playing. So sold as spares / repair. A high end unit. With a low start price - possibly a bargain for someone who knows how to fix stuff. This is a very good cassette deck which is in well cared for condition by myself since new. It has Dolby B, C and HX Pro. There is a slight mark on the front left hand edge towards the top, but only noticeable when viewed at a certain angle. See photo. The deck come with all the original packaging and instruction book. It has been serviced with new drive and tape counter belts and fully tested, plus heads cleaned and demagnetised. For a local buyer, free collection can be arranged.

AIWA AD-F770 K 3-HEAD VINTAGE CASSETTE DECK DOLBY HX PRO. Please ask any questions before bidding. The unit will be security marked. If you wish to return the item, these security markings will be checked on return. It is sold as spares or repairs….so in theory there are no returns - if any feature does not work, it is because it sold as spare/repairs. I have listed it as spares/repairs to counter any fraud attempts. If you want to ‘buy it now’ send me an offer based on sale price if recently sold items. See it working in the video. I have only tested it as per the video. The power button needs holding in. The cassette door needs investigation. It also needs a hand opening and closing sometimes. Sometimes it needs to be pressed closed to ensure the tape is located on the heads. The play button is a little sticky. But fully working. On rewind and fast forward, it sounds clonky….maybe new belts required. It is in overall good condition with just a few scratches on the top. All the sliders in dials operate freely. I have tested it using the headphone output only. The item will be very well packaged for shipping.
