Innen mit schwerem KUPFERCHASSIS, schöner und hochwertiger geht es nicht! SELTEN LAUFEN DIESE GERÄTE heute noch, denn eine umfangreiche Überholung kosten eine UNSUMME.Oft sind die Mechaniken auch tot repariert oder verschlissen. HIER NICHT. Es wurde alles gemacht damit das Gerät auch im harten zukünftigen Alltagsbetrieb seine volle Performance unter Beweis stellen kann. Sehr viele Elkos wurden getauscht gegen hochwertige 63V Typen statt der ab Werk doch recht knickrig bemessenen, leckbehafteten 16V oder 6,3V Typen. ALLE ELKOS AUF DER KONTROLLPLATINE, ALLE ELKOS (auch die liderlichen auslaufgefährdeten SMD Typen) auf der Kopftrommelkontrollplatine (sie waren glücklicherweise nicht ausgelaufen), alle kritschen Elkos im Netzteil, fast alle kritischen Elkos in der Digitalsektion. Dazu wurde auch noch alle Riemen gegen neue Sony Serviceriemen getrauscht. Das Laufwerk wurde entharzt und neu vorsichtig mit synthetischem Fett und Uhrmacheröl geschmiert. KEINE WD 40 ORGIE!!!KEINERLEI LAUFWERKSEINSTELLUNGEN wurde geändert da alles ab Werk perfekt eingestellt war!KEINE VERKURBELTEN TRIMMPOTIS!!! DIE WERKSEINSTELLUNG WURDE BEIBEHALTEN.BANDLAUF läuft problemlos. Die Andruckrolle wurde gegen eine neue orig. Sony Rolle letztes Jahr getauscht, und da diese nicht mehr lieferbar sind hab ich vorgesorgt und es GIBT ZUM GERÄT darum EINE WERKSNEUE SONY ROLLE OVP IM WERT VON heute 45 Euro zum Gerät dazu. Das Gerät war zeitlebens nur ein ERSATZGERÄT im Tonstudio meines Vaters (er war leidenschaftlicher Hobby-Musiker) und wurde eigentlich NIE BENUTZT, es lagerte trocken im Originalkarton. Später war DAT nicht mehr aktuell und es wurde auf PC aufgenommen. Das AIWA EXCELIA DAT wurde im Lager vergessen im Karton unter vielen Kabeln und Tonbändern. Video der Funktion hier anbei. Sie können das Gerät bei mir abholen!
