Awesome sounding 300B amp and matching preamp. Includes USA Western Electric 300Bs. Includes all 6SN7s US old stock. Glorious sounding on my Focal Aria 948s which are 93db efficient. These were used with Klipsch La Scalas. which are much more efficient to better use the max 11 watts. I heard them and they were amazing. I am very discerning so the only thing I noticed is a tiny loose glass particle in each tube. It hurts nothing but I would want to be told this ahead of time. I checked the tubes on my calibrated TV-7D/U and they are a perfect match at 82.5 where 58 would be the minimum representing 70 % so these are 100%+. Will be double boxed in 3 boxes, one for each amp and one for tubes.

Selling my fully working Acoustic Energy Active AE1s finished in Black Gloss . Bought new in 2021 , no complaints , just changing . Highly acclaimed and reviewed. Watch the A British Audiophile on youtube gave it an Outstanding rating. Excellent condition, might be a few very fine scratches on this type of lacquered speaker but nothing of significance. They will be shipped in their original packing and come with mains leads only. Theyve been used solely in our living room for modest music playback. These are fully active loudspeakers, containing Class AB power amplifiers (100W each) and analogue crossovers. NOT WIFI or Bluetooth enabled. They do require a mains supply but thats little different to having a loudspeaker cable. They can be driven directly from a stereo preamp (Ive been using an Audiolab 6000a) , they can also be driven from a good quality DAC (youd want volume control to control the pair) or even a mobile phone. Up to you. The message is you dont need a PowerAmp with these speakers. Thats inside the speaker. So getting an amp and speakers of high quality in a very small package. Speakers come with magnetic attached grills. Input is single channel either , single ended or balance XLR. (2V or 4V) Rear controls include mains on/off , volume , light bass and treble adjust. I have had these speaker running bi wired and unfortunately the original jumpers are missing. They sound fine with the copper wire. There are a few marks to the base but overall they are a fantastic looking pair of speakers that polish up well. Grills are unmarked. Great midrange and surprising amount of bass for a speaker this size. 7.5 Kg each If you have any questions please ask. I have other Hi Fi items listed and I am always open to sensible offers.
