I am Auctioning my Adcom 555 preamp and 545 amplifier setup. The amplifier is listed separately. This is for the Adcom GFP-555 preamp only. Lightly used over the years. All the capacitors were replaced/upgraded with Nichicon audio grade capacitors. The preamp works as it should and is in excellent physical condition. This is for all three Adcom pieces First is the GFP - 565 Preamplifier which was Designed by Walt Jung and is a legendary preamp that is in perfect working condition and the original caps are in perfect working condition with absolutely no static in the controls and Ive owned it for 20 years and it needs nothing and has one of the best phono Preamplifiers Ive ever used Im also including the GFT 555 II tuner which matches the Preamplifier and Power Amplifier. And maybe the most underrated Amplifier Ive ever owned the GFA 535 which is the first generation that was designed by the legendary Nelson Pass . The claimed power is 60 wpc in 8ohms and 100 wpc in 4ohms but my speakers are very hard to drive and my previous Amplifier needed all of its 500wpc to push but miraculously this little amp makes them sound fantastic. Being used there are a couple of nicks but over all they in very good condition
