Clean Audio output ran for hours at 1/2 volume tested, Audio is not distorted or scratchy. Clean decent sound and not pushed to distortion light limits. Never serviced and may eventually need recaped as all vintage amps eventually will need capacitors replaced. Normal nicks and marks from age, top shows most marks. Sold as is electronic item working good when shipped, padded and insured.

This Adcom GFA-545-II amplifier was a trade in. It has been fully bench tested and ran for over 8 hours with no issues. Ready to go home to the next owner. Very clean Adcom GFA 545ii power amp 100w/ch@8 ohms 150w/ch@4 ohms. Note that this is the upgraded, series ii with greater detail in low bass, flawless deep to mid-bass transition. Mids and highs only suffer a tiny bit in comparison to the best $2000 and up designs. Im selling it because I just got some new speakers for my home theater rig, and the 150 w/ch of the GFA 545ii isnt quite enough to wake up the bottom end. The quality is definitely there (in spades), I just need a little more quantity in watts, like at least 300w/ch.
