Great sounding Adcom GFA-5200, recently serviced. This is the little brother to the GFA-5400. The GFA-5200 uses only one pair of MOSFET output transistors per channel and has a smaller power supply and chassis, but is based on the same circuitry but rated a a lower 50 wpc into 8 ohms, and 80 wpc into 4 ohms. Some people consider having only one pair of output transistors is potentially better than having two or 3 pairs like the higher power amplifiers use. Designed by the famous Nelson Pass, whose Pass Labs amplifiers typically sell for well over 20 times the used price of this amp. Ships to CONUS only. Will provide insurance for the sale price.
