SkyWave Broadcasting SKY-2000 FM Transmitter FCC ID: NX3SKY2000 This is a low power FM transmitter from the late 90s, falls under part 15 of the FCC rules which ostensibly rates this device as operable without a license. You record messages on it and then it broadcasts them on the frequency of your choosing - its important to only do so on an open frequency (not occupied by another station). Unit powers on and transmits. I only tested it in one room so I cant say much on the range but I imagine its a little more substantial than a car FM transmitter - the papers it comes with imply it could broadcast over a whole campground or something to that effect. Cosmetically in good shape, shows some signs of use. Comes with power brick and original microphone (feels cheap), as well as the manual and included literature. Please reach out with any questions!
