ADA PTM-8100 Eight Channel /4 Zone PAC Power Amplifier

Ive bought this preamp with the intend to get it fixed, but never got the time to do it, so Ive decided to sell it.It comes exactly as pictured - no tubes will be included and it is missing the mn3007 for the chorus. It is also missing some of the enclosue screws, but it has enough to hold everything together securely. Ive only did some initial testing when I got it to determine its condition. Ive loaded it with tubes and put a chip from one of my chorus pedals for testing but again - it will ship without them - in the condition I received it initially. It powers up, the screen, menus and controls appear to be working - I was able to navigate, load and change presets. Problem is that there is no sound when I plug my guitar. When I cranked up the gain etc - I could hear the noise increase as one would expect from a tube preamp. Also when I enabled the chorus effect I could hear it does the chorus thing on the noise, so I expect it only needs a working BBD chip and will be fine. Based on this I believe the problem is only in the input section where the signal gets lost. Also that section on the board looks like the components are not the original to me - so probably someone has done some repair or mod attempt there. Ive taken a close up of that section, check pic #6 This is the extend to what I have tested - I provide this information just to give you some idea about what to expect. I cannot guarantee that my observations were correct or that I didnt miss something while testing and this unit is offered strictly AS IS - for parts or repair. I only guarantee that you will receive it in the condition shown in the pictures. I do not guarantee any part is working 100% as it should or.
