Up for sale is a pair of Acoustic Research AR-2AX Speakers. - Model : AR-2AX - Maker : Acoustic Research - Serial Number : AX 31225 / AX 31235 As the photos show, they are in fair to good conditions for age. There are scratches and nicks. I did not open the speaker grills because I was concerned that the grills would be damaged when I opened them. The speakers seem to be working well, but after checking the woofers using a flashlight, it appears that the woofers surround foams need to be replaced. Therefore, I am selling the speakers on an AS-IS conditon for repair/parts. Please look at all the pictures for an over all condition, before bidding.
