This is a working pair but has some cosmetic issues. One of the grills is slightly damaged. Frames have been repainted. On one speaker, there appears to be a small crack that was sealed with glue. I have used these from 200hz up for midrange and never heard or measured any audible issues.

Laut Hinweis eines Mit-Ebayers (danke nochmal) vermutlich das Modell Thiel C 77 8. Leider steht nirgens eine Modell-Nummer drauf. Die Haube ist auch so aufwändig mit dem Rahmen verklebt, daß man da nicht drunterschauen kann. Optisch einige kleine Blessuren am Rahmen, technisch durchgewobbelt und grundsätzlich funktionstüchtig. Kann aber leider nicht prüfen, ob das Chassis seine ursprünglichen Parameter noch einhält und in welchem Zustand das Ferrofluid ist, sorry! These are extremely high quality speakers made in Germany by Accuton. The price is for two Accuton AS168-9-470 speakers in the original packaging. Biete 2 wunderschne Accuton C180 in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die geschichte der Chassis ist folgende: Sie wurden um 2005als Austausch fr 2 Podszus-Grlich in einer Manger Aktivbox erworben und weiterhin mit Cyrus Komponentenaktivbetrieben. Kurz darauf (50-80 Betriebsstunden) wurden sie wegen Umzugsin der Wohnungder Eltern eingemottet (nicht im Keller!) und standen da bis jetzt ohne je betrieben worden zu sein. Mittelweile ist der Manger-Wandler in einem anderen Lautsprecher verbaut und der Accuton ist zum Verkauf angeboten. Ich betone hier noch mal, dass das kein ausgelatschtes, zu TodegeprgeltesChassis ist, sondern ein gepflegtes Gert, was wie neu zu betrachten ist. Die Qualitt der Aufhngung ist berragend.
