I am the second owner and I have documentation purchased from the original owner in Germany that will be included.It was completely updated and converted to US specs by Accutech in 2002, an authorized Accuphase repair facility in CA. The display is configured to show 5 digits for any FM station such as for example101.90, 101.95, and so on which is common in the European market. See the photos showing the 5 digit FM display.It comes with Accuphase specially ordered Rosewood side panels at a cost of $325.00 for this tuner as shown in the pictures that were never made available in the USA market. Rosewood side panels are no longer offered for any Accuphase product and the attached side pictures do not do it justice.Given that 22 years have passed, I recently sent the tuner 1 month ago to Miller Audio in PA to perform an FM alignment and fix the stereo light which stopped working. See the attached photo of the specs and work performed by Miller Audio. The unit has a new 3 volt lithium battery for the tuner memory and given a clean bill of health. You are essentially buying practically a New tuner from an audiophile coming from a non smoking, pet free, child free home who takes meticulous care of his gear. I have the owners manual, Accuphase color technical brochure and documentation in an Accuphase labeled folder that will be included.This tuner will be very carefully double boxed and shipped from either UPS or Fedex of your choosing. Rosewood side panels are no longer offered for any Accuphase product and the attached side pictures do not do it justice.Accutech performed the following services: 1) Installed a new 110-volt transformer, 2) Corocan IEC AC connector so that you can use the AC power cord of choice, 3) New 75-ohm threaded connector with RG6 coax soldered in lead to the PC board, 4) Converted to 75us FM de-emphasis, 4) New Lithium battery holder used for tuner memory settings, 5) Extra shielding underneath the top cover to minimize RF noise, 6) New Pristine metal end caps, and finally a 7) FM tuner alignment. Given that 22 years have passed, I recently sent the tuner 2 weeks ago to JustAudio, an Accuphase authorized repair facility to check all of the specs and performance. I uploaded their service bill - $501.26 to thoroughly go over the tuner.
