Accuphase E-550 Integrated Stereo Amplifier & T-100 FM/AM Stereo Tuner Description Accuphase Integrated Amplifier E-550 + Radio Tuner Specialized in pure audio products, the audio maker Accuphase is offering an integrated amplifier E-550 and the FM/AM stereo tuner T-100 for sale. The E-550 is Accuphases first Pure Class A pre-main amplifier which garnered significant attention for its excellent performance and audio quality. It is a full model change from the highly praised E-530 and was born as the flagship pre-main amplifier at that time. The T-100 is the first model of FM/AM tuner that was sold during the Ken Sonic era in 1973. Both of these items are rare finds that are not easily come by. Although I am an amateur in audio, the sound quality that passes through the E-550 is very clear and beautiful. Condition: (E-550) Overall, there are no noticeable scratches or dirt, and it appears to be in a very good condition. If I have to point out, there are two small scratches on the left side corner when viewed from the front. Please refer to the photos for detailed condition. Condition: (T-100) There are some minor scratches on the top surface, but considering its over 50 years old, it is in good condition. Please refer to the photos for a detailed condition. During the operational check, when the volume was raised to 4, the sound was already too loud, so I couldnt test it further. Operation check items: (T-100) - FM reception - AM reception Both FM and AM were received, but both had noise in the audio, and the reception level fluctuated only around 0.5 in signal strength. It is unclear whether additional antennas are needed or if the device is simply malfunctioning due to age. Please note that it will be sold in its current condition.
