AKAI AA-1050 Driver transistors and outputs replaced for left channel. All genuine old stock. Idle current set to 30mV and potential adjustments made. Lights replaced with LEDs with similar hue. Terminals A and B have a clip on each channel that are broken as they are plastic and quite old, the terminals still work fine but you must use a tiny screw driver to slide the little clip pieces that snapped off down so the wires can be inserted. I was not bothered with this enough to replace the terminals. Terminal C is good. Ive applied some lubricant to them all, they are much easier to work with now. Veneer looks pretty good overall, please refer to all pictures. As always, due to shipping costs and the high risk of damage, returns are not accepted. Beautiful AKAI AA-1050 that I just finished repairing. Replaced one output, pre-driver, and driver transistors in a previously non working channel, all replaced with genuine old stock.Some resistors were also replaced. New lights and idle current and dc offset adjustments have all been made. I will be attaching more pictures later, there are a couple of little spots where the veneer has lifted but I have glued them down and they are curing at the moment. Spielt auf beiden Kanälen in Stereo. Aber Potis und Schalter kratzen. Verkauf ausdrücklich als defekt, keine Rücknahme! Plays on both channels in stereo. Potentiometer and switches scratchy. Explicitely sold as defect, no returns! Noch ein kleiner Kommentar zu den von mir als defekt angebotenen Geräten: Die Geräte werden von mir lediglich kurz getestet. Aufgrund dieses Tests erfolgt die Fehlerbeschreibung. Die Geräte werden NICHT von meinem Techniker durchgeprüft noch wird der Reparaturaufwand bewertet. Weitere Defekte kann ich aufgrund des Kurztests nicht ausschließen. Sie müssen SELBST entscheiden ob Sie das Risiko eines Kaufes eingehen und ob Sie sich eine Reparatur zutrauen. Das Gerät zu einem Profi zu geben wird sich sicher nicht rechnen. Wenn Sie selbst Profi sind umso besser :-)
