NAD 7240PE Stereo Receiver acquired from the original owner. Tested and working this unit has a couple of small flaws. One of the small arrow symbols dont illuminate when tuning and the top edge of the face plate bezel has some chips which can be seen in pictures #6,7,and 8. I took pictures from different overhead angles so you can see what youre getting. Everything works on this unit including search tuning, etc. The receiver locks on to the chosen station and receives a good stereo signal. Using a thin double wire, I was able to pull in stations in neighboring states. Sound quality is exceptional audiophile quality, and both left and right channels have powerful output. All inputs including phono follow their dedicated signal path. Controls turn quietly and smoothly, and switches all click into place including the soft clipping feature on the back. Display is bright and complete except for the previously mentioned tuning arrow which has no effect on performance or functionality. Cosmetically, beside the mentioned chipped edge of the face plate the unit is in very nice shape. The chips can be seen when looking down from the top, they are not visible from the front. NAD Stereo Receiver 7240PE defekt Schöner Receiver von NAD. Das Gerät war als Bastelprojekt während der Corona-Pandemie gedacht. Daraus ist leider nichts geworden, und nun fehlt die Zeit. Optischer Zustand: Der Receiver hat ein paar leichte Gebrauchsspuren auf der Oberseite und an der Frontblende, die aber nur aus der unmittelbaren Nähe auffallen, siehe Fotos. Der Zustand ist in jedem Fall dekorativ, und das Gerät versprüht den Charme der 80er Jahre. Frontplatte und Knöpfe können ggf. noch besser gereinigt werden, ich habe das Gerät nur einmal leicht abgewischt. Fehlerbeschreibung: Ich gebe den Receiver genau so weiter, wie ich ihn seinerzeit als defekt gekauft habe. Ich habe ihn nicht geöffnet. Der Receiver lässt sich einschalten, die Stromaufnahme ist unauffällig. Es liegt keine Gleichspannung an den Lautsprecherausgängen an, aber es kommt auch kein Ton. Stattdessen leuchtet die Soft-Clipping-Anzeige. Der Vorbesitzer hatte den Fehler als Brummen auf den Lautsprecherausgängen beschrieben. Der Tuner scheint zu empfangen, die Stereo-Anzeige leuchtet auf den richtigen Frequenzen, die Abstimmhilfe zeigt ebenfalls korrekt an. Zubehör: Mit dabei ist eine Kopie des Produktdatenblattes und der Bedienungsanleitung. Versand: Ich möchte, dass der Käufer den Receiver möglichst unversehrt erhält. Der Versand erfolgt daher in einer sicheren Verpackung, ausschließlich mit DHL und ist für den Käufer kostenlos. Das Paket wird zu groß für eine Packstation sein.
