Otherwise I dont see any signs of previous use. Tube was tested fixed biased with 2_d and 3_rd grids connected to the plate by 82 ohm resistors. Testing voltage 998-999V from stabilized power supply. Tube show following results:999v/ -192v/ 100mA 999v/ -182v/ 159mA These figures give mutual conductance of 5,9mA/V. Datasheets says 6,5mA for 200mA current.All looks very well.
