Vintage Technics SE-HD560 Amplifier, ST-HD560 Tuner, SL-HD560 CD, RS-HD560 Cassette & SB-HD560 Speakers A great vintage Technics stereo system that is complete apart from missing the remote control, both antennas and cables are present. I have tested it and it is powering up fine and is as follows: Amp powers up and works as it should, some fading to lettering on the front of the unit and minor marks in places Tuner works fine and minor marks in places CD player plays cds but seems to skip and jump quite easily so maybe speakers were too close and causing it to jump or perhaps there is a fault, fading to some of the lettering and minor corrosion to top surface of unit that is not visible when stacked Cassette opens and closes and plays though not perfectly, small marks and wear in places Speakers sound good, small marks in places, covers have light wear, one is missing plastic stud As with any vintage HiFi I sell I always state sold for spares or repair, that way there is no overly high expectation Please view photos carefully as they form part of the description Please view my other listings

All units working but there is a little issue with the cassette deck. Includes remote control No speakers Cassette deck working will accept and eject cassette, will plays at the correct speed but sound is a little muffled, sound vibrates quite a lot, if you forward or rewind a little when you press play again sound is much clearer for a short while then becomes muffled again. I image it is the heads that need cleaning. Have used a head cleaner cassette I have here and it helps a little but doesn’t cure it permanently CD player working well, drawer opens and closes easily and reads and plays discs without issue Amp working well sound is good, includes connecting ribbon cables for the other units. Headphone socket tested and working well Speaker terminals are bi-wire, have tested with a compatible set of speakers, both left and right speaker channels working well Tuner tested and working well, attached a small aerial and able to find a couple of stations, reception is good. The reception will depend on your area and the quality of your aerial. No aerial included Genuine technics Remote control good working condition. Some light marks to front panel and casing. Battery compartment is clean and free of rust or corrosion. Batteries not included Includes UK mains power lead Colour silver fronts with grey silver tops, wood effect plastic side panels on all units Overall height of units when stacked on top of each other is 35.5cm high All units are same measurement across the front other dimensions vary slightly Tuner measures 21cm across the front x 24cm deep approx x 7.5cm high Amplifier messes 21cm across the front x 24cm deep main body (30cm approx if you include knobs on front and large vented section on the rear) 10.5cm high CD player 21cm across the front x 24cm deep x 7.5cm high approx Cassette deck 21cm across the front x 24cm deep x 10.5cm high approx Some light scuffs and marks to silver fronts, tuner display good, graphics nice and bright, plastic wood effect sides of all units are good, some light marks Used working condition, sold as spares repairs as some issues with tape deck.
