Works great! Plays forward and in reverse. Audio output it amazing. It contains microprocessor that can be programmed to search for tunes in desired sequence and play them. Almost like old CD players did in these days. But the RS-B78R can do it on both sides of the tape, looking for the tunes on the A side, and when finished for another on the B side. It’s able to record from vinyl onto a cassette with noise reduction. Please refer to pictures for condition. If you have any questions, please reach out! Vintage Rare Technics RS-B78R dbx 3 Motor Head Auto Reverse Cassette Deck with original box and foam packing. This was tested with a Yamaha A-500 amplifier. I played the tape and tested the direction button, forward, reverse, pause and input sliders. I did not test any other features on the unit. From one owner estate and he loved his electronics. The package will be insured and require signature on delivery. If I can ship it for less than listed shipping, I will refund the difference.
