I dont know anything about this unit, I plugged it in and the cassette player ran, rewind, fast forward etc. I has four cable that will come with it the case has some scratches and scrapes. What you see it what you will receive. No warranty or returns it is what it is.

800x600 You are looking at a TEAC A-360 Vintage Hi-Fi cassette tape recorder. Lovely Japanese built vintage tape recorder from 1973. It will need some work to make it perfect however. Playback is great, FFW works great, RRW struggles or wont work at close the start of the tape but works fine halfway and towards the end of the tape. Please watch the video. It does record on to tape but I would say it needs some calibration to bias etc to obtain optimum results. I have not attempted to do this. Recordings are brighter than source. Please watch the video. The left hand VU meter is not working. The TEAC A-360 is a stereo cassette deck with Dolby B noise reduction, it was introduced by TEAC in 1974 and discontinued 2 years later in 1976. The main features of the TEAC A-360 are: 2 heads, analog 3-digit tape counter and memory stop, tape type selection with support for normal tapes, belt driven single-capstan transport. Typical of this deck is the 70s top loading layout with the cassette compartment located on the left side of the deck. Tape eject is operated mechanically and the cassette needs to be placed with the side to be played facing forward in the cassette well. Level meters used on the A-360 are analog needle VU reading meters (only one right VU meter is working) with peak indicator for easy adjustment of optimum recording level.
