High-speed (15IPS) 8-track studio machine. Great if you want to go out-of-the-box and record in a classic, fully analog way, or if you simply want to add a bit of tape compression and saturation to you clinical-sounding digital mixes. 80-8 has been used to create all special audio effects in the original Star Wars movie series (e.g. the voice of R2D2).
