The isolation shelf design further eliminates the effect from any mechanical or sound based vibrations and completely isolates the turntable from the floor. Higher mounting height allows for easier use of any turntable, without having to bend to see the needle location. This model was used in conjunction with a Linn Sondek. Target TT2 turntable stand / table (This is the second of these tables which I am selling). The TT2 is designed to enhance the performance of turntables and other hi-fi equipment by improving isolation. The top shelf rests on spikes as does the whole table. I have found it a very cost effective way to enhance the sound of both Rega and Linn turntables but it can of course be used with any turntable or other piece of hi-fi equipment. I have owned this from new and I would say condition is good for its age. There are inevitably some signs of use / age which I have tried to show in the pictures (see last two particularly). It is also missing the makers label which is normally attached to the front. It will be shipped in its original box or collection is welcome. Owned from new - 30+ years - and in good condition for the age. It has picked up a few minor blemishes is all and theres some ghostly turntable feet markings on the top board.
