Replacing Sony V-Fet 2SJ18 & 2SK60 TA-4650 / 5650 / Wega V-4810 by Mosfet. This reconstruction is provided in PDF format. Complete with diagrams, photos, instructions and trouble shooting. Very easy to carry out by a hobbyist with some experience in repairs. This reconstruction can be done with different Mosfets. Usable Fets are in the document. Such as (SML Philips) BUZ900 / 901 & BUZ905 / BUZ906. (these are still available cheaply and are among the best audio transistors).
