Sony TA-E77ESD Preamplifier Control Amplifier acquired from the estate of a home studio. Thoroughly tested all features and functions work as they should. All inputs feed their dedicated signal path and all outputs also pass a strong signal. Lights, indicators, switches, controls, features and functions work as designed. Cosmetic flaws are: side wood panels are missing (it didnt match the other components in a studio setting so they probably were removed.) There are some scratches on cabinet, edge of the bezel and some of the lettering is worn on the right side of the face plate (mostly near the cartridge selector knob, auction picture #8.) As previously stated, this unit has been thoroughly tested and all functions and features work as expected. This is a definite audiophile quality preamplifier. Super Rare Sony TA-E77ES Amplifier. Unit is dual voltage for either 100-120 volts or 220-240 volts. Unit powers on and all selections light up and you can hear them switching. That is the extent of the testing performed. There is some damage to wood grain side panels and scratches on unit but it is in good overall condition. Ask any questions prior to bidding and only bid if you intend to pay. Shipping will be via USPS or UPS at seller discretion and be to lower 48 states only due to weight. I received a message about the output 1 connections. The metal RCA rings are missing but the plastic is still protruding. They are not broken off. This will need to be repaired to function properly.
