This is a 3-chip DLP projector which was purchased from an estate sale that worked for 20 minutes before powering off and displaying error code 27, which indicates a power supply issue per the manufacturer, and now does not supply any error codes at all. Block diagrams/schematics for the power supply board from the manufacturer will be supplied, for those who would like to repair it. The soft-touch coating has been removed as it had turned to sticky gunk like basically everything else from that timeframe. No power cord or remote supplied, however it just needs a standard C13 like youd see with a computer.

Available is a Sim2 Grand Cinema Super Lumis projector. This projector was imported directly from Italy by BenQ in order to demonstrate 3-chip DLP technology to the President of the division, apparently. I purchased the projector from BenQ. It was used briefly and then stored away until they recently cleaned out that storage. It has 88 hours on it, total. It is like new. This was a fantasy machine for me and the only reason Im listing it for sale is because its honestly too much projector for my theater, and because my partner insisted. It is incredibly bright, and the picture quality is fantastic. The original MSRP for this projector was $60,000. It is the High Brightness model and it has a T2 lens. Here is your chance to own a super high end, super sexy projector, matte black that retailed for $52,000.00. It is in immaculate condition, however… It needs service or repair because the (2) HDMI inputs don’t output video. The HD component video does work flawlessly. It has never been serviced and the bulb is the original at about 2500 hours, please see last photo. As a reference the projector is at about 155” from the screen and it gives a 16:9 image of about 97” diagonally with the zoom function all the way out. It has been used in an extremely clean Home Theater.
