There is significant noise / static in stereo mode, the level control does not work. The tuning meter responds and the stereo indicator lamp turns on. Some of the included tubes tested weak. Tuner may need new tubes, capacitors, and other service. No guarantee of functionality due to age. Faceplate has some dirt and wear. The finish on the metal frame around the faceplate is worn.
