Hello. I am offering a pair of the Classic, Audiophile grade, Sennheiser HD 424 Headphones from the Mid 1970s. Very lightweight and transportable, but not suitable for using on the move, due to their Open-back design and relatively Large size. With a High Impedance of 2000 Ohms and a relatively low sensitivity of 94Db at 1mW, a Good, powerful Desktop Amp is mandatory, as they require a generous Voltage swing and good Current capability. They are capable of impressive Transparency and Soundstaging, with a particularly Rich and Explicit Midrange reproduction and Clear Highs. Bass extension is lacking, therefore these are especially suited for musical Genres such as Classical, Choral, Vocal and Acoustic. In Excellent overall Cosmetic condition and Technically sound.
