It doesnt have scratches at the front part as seen in the pictures. The top cover has stains and scratches which is why Ive put this rating. The mechanism is working perfectly at 100% because it does all the functions properly such as forward, rewind, record and play. This model has voltage adjustment inside the cabinet. Tape deck buttons dont function and I think this needs a new belt/belts but I really dont know. Ive never attempted any repairs as Im not technical like that.
