I have reluctantly decided to sell my fantastic Robson Acoustics Voltaire Standmount speakers (https://robsonacoustics.co.uk/voltaire-zero/). I am including my bespoke oak speaker stands as well as Vibrapod Isolators which I have been using between the speakers and stands. The current version of the speakers is on the Robson Acoustics website for £2,000 a pair. These are fantastic speakers, and when I auditioned them, I compared them to the Monitor Audio Gold standmounts and a pair of B&W 804s floor standers, and preferred the Robson Voltaire Zeros to either of them. I have since moved home, and unfortunately, my current living room is a bit too small to do these speakers justice. They were placed on shelves in alcoves, and although still sounding very good, they really need to be on stands and about 80-90cm from the wall and about 1m from side wall to sound their best. I have now packed them up. The speakers measure 47cm x 24cm x 26cm. The speaker stands are 24cm wide and 52cm tall. The base is 30cm deep and top piece is 26cm deep. The stand can be filled with sand and spikes can be used as well. I didnt bother with either of them though, and found that I was very happy using the Vibrapod isolators. They are all in very good condition although the bottom of the speakers and the top of the speaker stands has some marks from the vibrapod isolators. The speakers do not come with specific boxes. I shall package each speaker with a set of isolators in its own box. The stands will both be in one box.
